01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phfun 22 website located at phfun22.club, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing phfun 22, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law; (c) you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years old; and (d) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use phfun 22, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phfun 22, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

phfun 22 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If phfun 22 discovers that a player has provided false information regarding their age or identity, the account will be immediately terminated, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of phfun 22, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

Each individual may only maintain one (1) active account on phfun 22. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Your chosen username must not impersonate another person or entity.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify phfun 22 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phfun 22 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

phfun 22 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phfun 22 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your phfun 22 account balance.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phfun 22 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

All funds deposited into your phfun 22 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phfun 22 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phfun 22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phfun 22 promotions include:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• phfun 22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• Free spins and free game credits are subject to maximum win caps as specified in individual promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on phfun 22 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, keno, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

phfun 22 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure provably fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. phfun 22 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers except in cases of verified technical error.

• phfun 22 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time of placement.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phfun 22 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, age misrepresentation, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on phfun 22 for any reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements or guarantee profit.
• Money Laundering: Using phfun 22 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. phfun 22 complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and will report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Hacking or Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phfun 22 systems, servers, or other players' accounts.

08 Responsible Gaming

phfun 22 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the phfun 22 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of phfun 22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phfun 22.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code on the Platform.
• Use any phfun 22 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of phfun 22 intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfun 22 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond phfun 22's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered therein.

phfun 22's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phfun 22 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phfun 22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on phfun 22, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

phfun 22 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

phfun 22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phfun 22 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the phfun 22 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phfun22.club/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phfun 22 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
